YNFUSE ships to selected destinations from its fulfilment network. Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for eligible destinations.

Where we ship

YNFUSE will launch progressively by market. A destination will only appear as available at checkout once payment, fulfilment, regulatory and shipping requirements are operational for that market.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout once carrier services are finalised. Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by circumstances outside YNFUSE's reasonable control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before payment.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, clients will receive a shipping confirmation with the relevant tracking information.

Delivery issues

If a parcel arrives damaged, appears lost, or contains an incorrect item, please contact Client Care with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant.
